  I recommend deep cleaning every time and it means that it will take at least 12 hours to dry, even with fans in every room.
  The only issue I had was that the first guy that came didn't have enough hose to reach my back bedroom. If you live in a condo group, be sure to tell them you'll need long hoses. I had to wait an extra day for the longer hose to come. Once we had enough hose, I think the work was done well.
