  Had a pick up scheduled in a nearby town, 40 minutes away from where I live. I was given a three hour window. I waited around for nearly 7 hours, hoping against hope that these guys would show up. They not only never even showed up, I never even received a courtesy phone call telling me they were going to be late or not going to be there at all. On top of that I never even heard from the company itself!
  Stacy, the dispatcher, was cordial and tried to be helpful, but that is the very best I can say about my experience with Allied.
