  Washed my car at this location and paid $10 which includes tire cleaner, etc. I went home right after the wash and noticed my time were very dirty still. I tried my best to clean most of it but. I decided to go back and see if I can get some of my money back. I spoke to Darlene and explained the situation and she told me to wait as she went to the back. Others employees had to tell me she was calling the manager. She comes back to give me a $6 credit for future wash. I told her I would like cash back because I'm not satisfied with the wash and I wasn't planning on bringing my car to this wash again. I asked for the managers number and she looked irritated and was getting upset. I called the manager and he told her to go and take a look at my tires. She was still being rude about the whole situation. Finally her manager told her to refund me my money. I called the manager to thank him for his help. Tip for those who go here is to make sure you check your car before you leave.
