  Everything is fine w/ Apex Tax Services unless the IRS looks at your tax return. Then you're screwed, because David Ahn will string you out for months on end, lying all the time and NEVER performing his duty. I have been through months of expensive hell with Apex Tax Services and am now reporting them to the IRS Office of Professional Responsibilities and hope everyone else does the same.
  
  David Ahn and Apex Tax Services do nothing but get paid for something you could do yourself in TurboTax. The only reason to use a service instead is because they supposedly stand behind their work. David Ahn and Apex Tax Services stand behind NOTHING and you will get screwed.

  We worked with David Ahn for our taxes. He kept on telling me that he was helping me resolve a discrepancy with the IRS. His favorite phrase whenever you ask him questions "Do not worry about it." He does not want to explain what he is doing because he is not actually doing anything. Now we are at risk of the IRS taking away our assets.
