    Horrible customer service. I found the car on their website & went to my local CarMax to get details on how they work. The salesman (Nader) said they would have it delivered from their other branch & it would be available to test drive in a few days. My wife & I went to test drive the car a few days later & while driving I asked if they were going to detail the car because the inside was very dirty it looked like maybe the previous owner had a dog. He stated that they most certainly would & they would buff out the scratches we noticed on the outside. As we were going over the paperwork the vehicle was being fueled up & detailed so we could take it home that same day. Once we were ready to take the car home we noticed not all the scratches were buffed out. We checked the inside & it was still dirty. It looked like nothing was done. There were rocks, pretzels & leaves on the floor, the seats were still stained & the inside was dusty. When we confronted the salesman he said he knows they cleaned it because he watched them vacuum & wipe it down. When we showed him how dirty it was he went to get a towel & attempted to wipe it down himself and took all the floor mats out & shook them off. He said they don’t have a detail service so they just wipe it up but he would put in a service request to have them buff out the rest of the scratches & clean the inside. I got a call back and was told that the only time they had was Thursday (keep in mind that you have 5 days to return the car and get your money back and Thursday was day 5). I figured they would just do what they agreed since it was just cleaning the car so I took the car in on Thursday. The service writer (Sandy) took the car in and told me it would be ready in a few of hours. After getting a call from Sandy to pick up my car there was still a scratch on the passenger side they missed & the inside was exactly the same nothing had been cleaned! After questioning Sandy he told me well you didn’t point out the scratch so we didn’t buff it out & we don't detail the cars all we have is a small handheld vacuum. I informed him the salesman had agreed to detail the car. His response was that's not what was written up on the work order and he can only do what is written up. He told me to have the salesman write up another work order. I requested to speak with the salesman & was told that he was not working until later that night. I called him later that night to write up the work & I didn't get a call until Saturday afternoon that the work order was in so I can call the service department to make an apt. I called the service department to make sure they were going to detail my car and left a message for Sandy but never heard back from him. I received a phone call from the Customer service manager (Julio) stating that he was calling about the survey I filled out complaining about the service department. I explained in detail what was happening and how no one is trying help solve the issue or call me back to solve the problem. He said he will look into it and get back to me NEVER heard from him again! It is going on two weeks with no car detail & there is still a scratch on the passenger side.

    By far the best car shopping experience I had so far. I placed an online application for my mom, we got a call within 30 minutes . Victor Ly our sales associate made the process easy. He was able to give us a monthly estimate and when we arrived it was the same great service from the time we arrive to the cashier representative gave us detailed information on the vehicle. I bought car from other dealership and the associate are so pushy and more concerned on making the sale. Carmax was definitely a smooth experience if you trying to buy a car I recommend Mr. Victor he made our experience super positive and easy.
