  There's no soundproofing, everything that happens upstairs can be heard downstairs. Neighbors are loud as hell past midnight. Maintenance comes into your yard without telling you, some of the mailboxes are missing doors, and package theft and people breaking into cars is common.

  These are the cheapest condos in Riverside to buy. They used to be apartments, but at the height of the 2006 real estate bubble they were converted into condos are now individually owned. Most of the units, 80-90%, are rentals today. The management company is just as unresponsive to owners as it is to tenants. They have been trying to clean it up, but it's a struggle due to the low life clientele that occupy most of the rentals. The mailboxes have been fixed and the laundry rooms are slated to be upgraded. The pool is clean but I dont use public pools anyway. The front gate works fine. There is plenty of parking if the rules were enforced, I would like to see more towing of untagged vehicles. It wouldnt take many tows to get the point across. The Kmart across the street went out of business and the entire strip mall is going to get demolished and replaced. That cant happen soon enough, removing the smoke shop and liquor store in that lot will greatly improve the noise and homeless on that corner.
