  We have bought and sold multiple properties with Vicki from Pedersen Real Estate. Vicki has always been the epitome of a real estate professional. During multiple purchases we had an infant or two and she was great to work around our busy schedule. She would come over after hours when the kids were asleep to help us out.
  
  We always felt like Vicki gave us all of the necessary information to make an informed decision. But never pressured us in any direction. If she didn't have the answer right off the top of her head she would make a call or write and email and we would have it shortly thereafter.
  
  She has at her disposal many reputable resources in the area so if you are like we were and didn't know a home inspector or carport cleaner or contractor don't worry because she has it covered.
  
  She makes the buying and selling process a breeze. We were never stressed out because she has a way of making sure you are completely comfortable with wherever you are in the process.
  
  We were never blindsided by any "extra fees" or surprise stipulations. After we bought our first home we knew that we would never use anyone else again.
