  We made an apt. on Sunday. We were told that they would be out in 1 to 1.5 hours. Got a call back within 15 min. that they had to reschedule. Scheduled for Monday. Waited until 6pm and then rescheduled for today. Plumber came out to install a new kitchen faucet we bought. Didn't fit but he managed to break one of our water connectors so he charged us to replace it!! He also tried charging us full price for installation of the faucet $325! and it wasn't. We still got charged $168 for nothing fixed! I'll never use them again and I would never recommend this company.
