  I had the worst experience with the Carlton hair in Tyler mall. The made an appointment for me and the day that I was on my way to go to my appointment, they call me and let me know the stylist is not coming. My daughter had an appo the same day and the stylist( Dre) comes 15 minutes lat, but did not apologize even once. Since They rescheduled the first appointment for me, I get a call a couple days later that Dre won't be coming the day of my appointment. The Salon is unprofessional. The receptionist seems that doesn't know the stylist's schedule at all. Obviously, they never communicate among each other. I don't know how they get clients.
  I DO NOT recommend the place to anyone.
