  I have been living here since 2015 - third year and I don't have anything but great things to say about this place! From the updated workout room which I looooove - to the delicious pool lounging furniture. Thee number ONE thing that I simply adore, however, since I live on the 3rd floor is the awesome trash service!!!

  I moved to this place in July of 2017. So just in this amount of time that I have lived here within the first month of a 13 month lease I already knew that I’m not gonna renew my lease. First starting with cleanliness, there is no such thing. Like another person has stated the pools and jacuzzi area are trash ridden and within the water. Parking is a disaster. Also when I moved in it was “ready to move in” light was out in the living room and screen on window was busted also carpet was dirty. For the price I pay I should get way better service and quality of living. On another note this place has its own community portal and I guess since that doesn’t get checked I’ll just put it here. My water heater has not been providing hot water since Sunday and today is Friday. I put in the service on Monday and it hasn’t been handled. So I feel the star rating I have given is what this community deserves. Oh yeah and when they quote you the price to live add on about say $30 per month but oh yeah they don’t say that till you get a bill. Also there was a carport area that caught fire in August I believe and it still hasn’t been rebuilt. When it became damaged how they secured it was just putting some caution tape around it.... Good job
  
  As of January 1 2018 I have now had stuff stolen out of my garage and I was told management was gonna get in contact with me. Today is 1/13/2018 and still no contact
