  I have lived here for a number of years. While it has never been great the location is good and they allow pets. Ever since the new owner took over the prices have escalated and the overall property has declined. Sure they painted the buildings and gardeners come twice a week but that does not make up for trash everywhere (especially in the gully by the dumpster) and dog poop that does not get picked up, perhaps because the poop bags rarely get replaced. Children play on the lawn and I can't imagine what they step in as they race around. Speaking of children there is a shallow pool here that, I am sure, exceeds capacity daily and becomes a giant toilet at the end of the day. The staff is okay but totally ineffective. My lease is up soon and I will happily move on but I feel bad for the residents left here.
