  I set up a pick up date and location. I told them I don't have a house yet but know the city. I was told this was enough information to get it close.
  
  When I called to get it delivered I was told my pod was still in the Compton yard. I said if it needs to go to the Riverside yard to get to the city I gave you why is it not at the Riverside yard? The manager told me it was company policy they need a specific address before they can move the pod. This is not what I was told when I first made the order.
  
  I had to wait for them to transfer my pod from Compton to Riverside before we could set up a delivery date. After almost 2 weeks the driver shows up and unloads a pod. But not my pod. So he had to go back and get mine which takes a couple hours. I had people there to help me move in but by the time my pod got to my house my helpers could only stay 2 hours leaving a lot in the pod.
  
  I filed a complaint and was sent a customer advocacy specialist Joanna Wiseman who spent months back and forth with no answer how much compensation if any I would receive for there negligence. Finally I was sent something to sign for a $200 refund and there is no self addressed envelope or even an address and department to mail it back to.
  
  I have waisted way too many frustrating hour's on the phone and e-mails for something as simple as picking and delivering a big metal box.
  
  I would recommend NEVER use pod company. Horrible customer service and people in charge.
