  They obviously do not rely on reviews because if they did they would do something about trying to improve the rating I'm sure the press the staff is very caring and nice but of obviously the administrative management Direct them not to accept cash patients which is really a sad story especially if you're a regular established pati andu'reavinto yr forced to have to go find a new the new doctor under urgent situation it's a shame. I it is not like you're asking it'd be a free visit. I would recommend anyone to urge their insurance companies not to use this group because if anything happens and your insurance lapses then they're not going to see you I think that's bad business.

  All of my contact with this group has been negative. I came from Kaiser where everything was streamlined and professional. First I made a phone to set up my first appointment. Operator told me they don’t do appointments it’s a Day by day availability. So I have some time so I walk in. Lady at the front is extremely rude. Basically tells me I’m lying and you can only be seen by appointment. So I leave and hit up the urgent care to get care. I then schedule a follow up appointment at the Orange street location which is close to my house. The doctor was very nice and staff was ok. But when I went to pick up prescriptions they told me were sent the pharmacy had nothing. After spending over 1.5 hours at the pharmacy (calling and being on hold for obscene amounts of time) they get the information but said it would take 2 hours to fill and by then they would be closed. So at the end it takes me 2 days to refill my prescriptions. So I decided to give them a second chance because I did like the doctor and maybe it was just chaotic because I was a new patient. Well here I am today after making an appointment 3 weeks out I get to the Orange street location and they tell me my appointment is at the other location all the way across town. When I asked why someone would schedule an appointment in a location other than the previous location the last with attitude told me it’s the patients responsibility to tell them which location they wish to schedule the appointment. So I drive all the way across town to get here. The entire drive on the phone trying to get ahold of the office to tell them I might be late (20 minutes on hold, I arrived before anyone answered) explain to the front desk that I was late because I was at the other office. The lady cut me off (same lady I encountered the first time). Extremely rude and abrasive. I am going to be switching for sure now. Ive
