  Warranty Policy and Customer service is not good. Had them come service my home in late November 2011. Droppings had been seen in various areas. The technician verified the droppings, laid traps and monitored for 2 weeks. Nothing was ever found and he claimed whatever was in the house had to have escaped. Over the next 3 months...a various dropping was seen. But thought to maybe have been left over from before. They became more frequent. And in April, one day after the "3 month warranty" period...I call to ask if they could return. No one returned my call, so I call again the next day. Rep tells me "I'm out of warranty and would have to repay in order to send someone out". Although 'a policy is a policy'...it would appear to me that if nothing was found initially, there should be some type of exception or discount. Unfortunately I have to find another company to take care of this and I feel like I wasted money. I would not refer Rodent Pest Technologies to anyone based upon this experience.
