  Stay away from this place. They will increase your rent while giving discounts to new residents, they will overcharge you any time they see the possibility. The only way these people do business is by stealing.
  
  The pool has been closed more time than it has been open. They decide to close it to fix whatever (you never see anyone working in the pool area) on May when the highs are already pretty high in Riverside.
  
  The washing machines are disgusting, they are filthy and won't clean your clothes.
  
  The office is just like the pool. Good luck with finding someone in there when you need them. I had a package delivered to them when I moved in and I saw the USP truck from my window. I went to talk with the guy because it should have been delivered a day ago. He told me that he had tried to deliver it to the office twice but it was closed...

  I am confused. Summer Meadows certainly seems a nice enough place. The rent is affordable and the area and facilities are said to be nice, of course, I never got to see them.
  
  I found Summer Meadows online, and when I called the staff was very nice, very polite. We spoke about what I was looking for, prices, space, etc. A two bedroom apartment with decent square footage, and a complex that provided prompt service and maintenance to its tenants. Summer Meadows had these things and so we scheduled an appointment.
  
  I was invited to Summer Meadows on a weekday morning, greeted warmly upon arrival, and was promptly told there was 'No available space' that met my criteria. Not only no available space, but no current leases even *close* to expiring.
  
  ...what?
  
  I'm still roughly new to the entire 'Apartment Hunting' game, but this easily seems like something I could have been told over the phone after the Q&A session. I wasn't even allowed to see any of the grounds as they would not be renting to me at this time. I scheduled a five-minute appointment so I could be personally told to leave, essentially. What was the point of this? After all the great reviews this place had I expected something...I dont know...'more?', as I was coming in, but perhaps that was my mistake.
  
  I rescheduled my entire day for that appointment and it goes without saying I am no longer impressed, nor interested.
