  WORST escrow company! It took more than 30 days to close escrow when nobody lived in the house. They take days just to verify documents, and only then complain about minute details making you redo the document and then wait days again for them to check it.

  Their refusal to forward my final $2,000.00 is a disgrace to the business. A full reconveyance was filed over 42 days ago and still Appian is holding my money.
