  A friend recommended that I try getting massage for my shoulder pain. I do a lot of sitting at a computer and the tension gets into my shoulders and neck. I stopped into Sanctuary Holistic Therapy because the name looked cool and I was looking to be healed. Manow is the younger masseuse so I was worried about her skill. In fact, she is very good at finding all of the knots in my back and shoulders. Well worth it.

  I went in so much pain in my neck and back, that it was hard to sit still. I made a first time, same day appointment. I was taken right away. I felt so much Better after!
